Refund Policy

Bookings made at Grid Games (powered by Mystery Rooms, a unit of Kickass Adventures Private Limited) are subject to our standard operational policies. Refunds are not typically provided for voluntary cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows. Refund claims are only eligible if Grid Games is unable to host your booked session due to facility closures, technical faults, or other unforeseen operational issues on our end.
